Director of Curriculum and Instruction

Designs and manages curriculum development and instructional strategies to ensure high-quality, engaging, and effective learning experiences.

Manager of Training & Development

Leads the design and delivery of training programs for external instructors to ensure high-quality facilitation and consistent implementation of the organization’s curriculum. Supports instructor onboarding, professional development, and instructional excellence

Director of Evaluation

Leads evaluation strategy, overseeing data collection, analysis, and reporting to assess program impact and inform strategic decision-making.

Sr. Data Systems Analyst

Analyzes complex data to generate insights that inform organizational strategy and program performance. Supports reporting, dashboards, and data-driven storytelling.

Director of Operations

Oversees day-to-day operational functions, including systems, logistics, and infrastructure to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness

Manages and maintains organizational systems and technology platforms to support operations, data integrity, and cross-team functionality.

Sr. Director of Finance
